Readings before opinions
Nothing is diagnosed from the driveway and nothing is replaced on a guess. If we cannot show you why, we have not finished diagnosing.
How we quote, what we will not sell you, and the limits we would rather you knew before you hire us than after.
Three steps, in that order, on every job including the small ones.
We are a small licensed HVAC contractor in Corona, working mostly on single-family homes across the valley, with a light commercial side on the same streets — storefronts, offices and small industrial suites.
Everything starts with readings. A flat diagnostic fee brings a technician out to find the cause rather than to look for a reason to sell you a system, and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair. When both a repair and a replacement are real options, you get both numbers side by side and the decision stays with you.
We put the quote in writing, including what it does not cover. You are welcome to take it to somebody else. A quote that only makes sense while the salesman is still standing in your kitchen is not a quote.
Short, because a long list is not a commitment.
Nothing is diagnosed from the driveway and nothing is replaced on a guess. If we cannot show you why, we have not finished diagnosing.
Where a repair and a replacement are both genuinely viable, you get both prices in writing and we say which we would choose and why.
A system low on refrigerant is a system that is leaking. We locate it or we tell you the coil is finished. We do not sell an annual top-up as a service.
Coil rinse water, fin debris, old parts and packaging go with us. You should not be able to tell where we worked except that the unit is cleaner.
Saying it here is faster than being asked five times.
A flat fee, credited against the repair, and you get the readings whether or not you go ahead.
